Confirm with customer what lamp type is used in the unit. There should be a color-coded label with part number on the Lamp Door. The Lamp and Ballast must match or the lamp will fail prematurely.
Toshiba 100W (White)
Phillips 100W (Red)
Phillips 120W (Orange)
Osram 120W (Green)
The Philips 120 WT (part number BP96-00224J retails for $148) is available and will work for all of the original except the Toshiba. If you have the Toshiba then you must change the ballast and the ballast fan when you change to the Philips 120w lamp. this lamp is avaiable here: http://www.andrewselectronics.com/welcome.aspx
