Poor Picture

Sometimes the picture will break up ; it gets lines across the screen ; also it will pixalize ; the left side of the screen will look like a digital picture with a lot of small squares ; bottom part of the screen will turn black . Some times it will be OK . Tried replacing the Color Wheel ; the same problem .
