Volume Control Problem.

I am asking for my mom who was just given this tv. It's works ok, picture is a little dark. My main problem is, when you turn on the tv it is so loud. Even if you turn it down before turning it off it still comes back on almost all the way up. I have reset the settings on the tv. I have changed it to stay at the volume it's turned off on. Nothing is fixing my problem. Please help

If you are using the WISELINK feature, sound may not output properly through the receiver. There are also restrictions for using the PIP and audio-related (MTS, Preferred language) menus. For more information on these features, see the 195-page online manual (which is fully searchable), at https://www.manualslib.com/manual/361591/Samsung-Hl-67a750.html. It these suggestions don't apply, the loudness may be built in; to ask Samsung use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/samsung/customer-service.

From the symptoms you're describing, it sounds like the panel button on your television (volume up) is somehow always enacted.

This would explain why the volume button on the remote doesn't work, but the volume button on the television does.

From here, that's the best estimate I can give based on the symptoms.

I'd recommend setting up a service repair for the bezel's button panel.

Thanks
