Try turning your Bluetooth off for about minute and if it still doesn't work then try restarting your phone. now if you can't still connect to it try holding down the pair button make sure its in paring mode if you still try to connect it and it doesn't work try using a different a device (phone tablet etc.) the phone may be the issue. If it doesn't work on any device then the product you have from Samsung is broken or if it is new that it was damage from the factory it came from
