Where Does The 4th (dedicatet Ground) Wire Connect. Tb Has 3 Points

Moved into a new house and it has the 4 prong outlet. Dryer used a three prong outlet in old house. Bought the new 4 prong dryer cord and trying to connect. Terminal block in rear of dryer has three points. Ground is connected to the frame. Where does the ground on the new cord connect? What is the order for the terminal block (red, white, black)?
