Have you tried turning it off, unplugging it and leaving it unplugged for a few minutes before plugging it back in/turning it on? Sometimes this "reset" will fix issues like yours. That said, it could be due to some other issues, and thus, I would advise speaking with Samsung Support: 1-800-726-7864 so they can troubleshoot this with you.
