Delicate And Smart Auto Blinking, Makes Sucking Sound, Won't Start

Unplug or turn off the switch of the DW. It might be a high-temp heating error. It's usually caused by a bad ECS sensor. You will have to pull the DW out and remove the metal panel on the right hand side. Pull the insulation up so you can see underneath, move the capacitor out of the way as you can see the ECS sensor attached to the side of the sump. If this sounds like more than what you want to do, then you will need to call a professional repairman.
