How Do I Clear A Install Transfer Belt Error?

I have a Samsung CLP600N. I have replaced the transfer belt and got an install transfer belt message. I had a service tech look at it and they told me my transfer belt was defective and so I returned the one I had purchased and received a new one. This did not solve my problem. I think there is a different problem.
