Can This Blue Ray Player, I've Had For Years, Play Uhd?

I've had this blueberry player for years, is giving me no problem. It's been an amazing player, I was just wondering, if it has the capability, because it only connects to my TV through an HDMI cable, and then there's a power cord. It's not Wi-Fi enabled or anything else, and I'm not interested in any of that, and missing the remote, but my Smart TV is a 4K, and the remote works for the Blu-ray player. But, my question is can this DVD player play UHD, or 3D blu-rays? I'm trying to purchase some new blu-rays, but I'm not going to order any 4K UHD or any 3D even, because blu-rays play fine, DVDs play fine, but I don't know if it will support the other types of formats, unless it is possible to enable it differently, by ordering a remote. I've looked into a lot of information, but to be honest with you, it's all too complicated for me right now, my Blu-ray player is a Samsung it is BD- HM51 I believe is what I put in here, and then the model number is the same, BD-Hm51/ZA. It told me what region, I believe was region A, and a couple of other things that it will support. Thank you for your help!

To connect your Samsung BD-HM51 Blu-ray player to your TV with an HDMI cable, follow these steps:

Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI output port on the back of the Samsung BD-HM51 Blu-ray player.
Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into an available HDMI input port on your TV. Make sure to remember which HDMI input you used for later.
Turn on your TV and set it to the correct HDMI input that you connected the BD-HM51 player to.
Turn on the Samsung BD-HM51 Blu-ray player.
On your TV, you should see the Samsung BD-HM51 player's home screen. From here, you can navigate the menus and play your Blu-ray discs.

If you have any issues with the connection, make sure that the HDMI cable is securely plugged in at both ends and try switching to a different HDMI input on your TV. You may also need to adjust your TV's display settings to optimize the picture quality.
