Samsung Monitor Resolution Distortion
I entered ctrl shift F11 as a suggestion when trying to download Hyperlink. Then uninstalled the program because they wanted $ for the license fee on their free program. Now the display is huge, colors are distorted. all programs are affected so I believe it's the monitor and hope it's a quick fix.

In windows F11 is a full screen browser key. press f11 to see if it helps the screen. I also suggest you right click your desktop, select personalize, display, adjust resolution & change to a higher resolution until you get the desired screen size.
