Any Online Help?

Since they gave me a upgrade on my phone I do not get my minutes automaticly.I have to go online with a agent and go into the "code mode" and enter a bunch of number each month.Well this month the online support does not work. Where can I contact someone on line LIVE and get my minutes?

25 mins average wait

Mon-Sat 8am-10pm, Sun 8am-7pm ESTOPEN

Press 1, then keep pressing 0 until you are transferred
