My Old Safelink Phone (trac Phone)

My old safelink phone does not work,I was told to get a new phone and have the minutes and days transfered from the old phone can I do this

You'll need to call the SafeLink technical support number: 1-800-378-1684. They should be able to send you a new phone and transfer the minutes.
