Batteries

good day,i have a few of your drills and I have notice that the batteries are not lasting as long as they used to.have you done something that the batteries don't last? I hate to purchase more batteries if they are going to last,please advise befor I purchase a Makita or dewalt.thank you in advance.

If you have a problem making your batteries last then you need to take a look at the way they are being used. If you constantly use them and recharge them, then it maybe that they are getting a memory. You need to discharge them fully and then allow them to cool. Then recharge according to the manufacturers instructions. Unfortunately sometimes recovery is not possible if they have been mis-used in their charging cycles. You should also only use the correct charger for the battery which is supplied.
