Won't Charge Batteries

Bought the Ryobi P125 6 port charger about a year ago, it no longer chargers the batteries. What could the problem be?? Thank you!!

The problem could be with the battery or the charger. If possible, try charging a different battery on the same charger, or try charging the battery on a different charger -- that will help you narrow down the problem if you have access to another battery/charger.

You can also use the LEDs on the charger to help troubleshoot -- see page 8 of the owner's manual.

It's impossible to say what the problem is without further troubleshooting,but in general, batteries tend to have problems more often than chargers do. If you can't rule either one out and you want to try replacing one of them, replacing the battery is probably a better bet, just based on the information you've provided.
