Error Receiving Faxes

We started having issues receiving faxes from various parties. The Quick Service Code is 00-21 for various fax transmission pages. I also noticed the mode is G3RES for these faxes. I tried Ricoh direct and they have me hard start the copier and it tested fine for their fax but then had issues with others. I called our internet provider who said it was not them but the PBX. I talked to our PBX technician and he said it was not him. Is there something I am missing on the Copier side? Thanks.
