Hello, Currently when I scan to my email, I receive it from I want to change that to When I go into the admin e-mail for the Ricoh, it says [email protected] Why are the scanned emails from then? Thank you!

Hi, if that is the sending address you see when you scan emails from the Ricoh, then someone must have set that up when they set up the scanning to email function. You should be able to change that email address, by going into the scanner's User Tools menu.
