That code is triggered after 3 consecutive fuser jams. Your problem is probably loose or disjointed pick-off fingers in the fuser causing jams but whatever the cause, jamming is causing the code. This issue (getting the sc590 code) can be bypassed by going into service mode (yellow button-1-0-7-then press and hold stop button until service mode screen) and change SP1159-001 to "0". Then you need to solve your jamming problem.
