Can't Print 11 X 17 From Tray 2

Suddenly getting message "Load Paper: Tray 2 or Form Feed / 11 x 17 Plain Recyled" when try to print 11 x 17. Form Feed will print 8 1/2 x 11's with half an image from Tray 1. There is 11 x 17 paper in Tray 2, and no printer settings have been changed in my computer since buying this printer 6 yrs ago. What can I do to fix?

Hi, it sounds like somehow the setting for tray 2 got changed, either the paper size setting or the paper type setting. Check the settings in the menu to be sure tray 2 is set for 11x17, either Plain or Recycled paper.
