Why Is Sr950 Booklet Finisher Not Stapling
bookets ejected to booklet tray without being stapled or folded. it is connected to a ricoh cl7300 printer with 500mb of memory

Check to be sure the booklet making option has been selected. If you are printing, look in your print driver preferences and make sure you selected 2 at center for the stapling option. If you are copying, make sure you selected the stapling option where it shows 2 staples in the middle of the page.
