Hi, changing the toner on a Ricoh C5000 is very easy. Simply open the front cover of the copier, remove the old toner bottle, and insert the new bottle in the same orientation (being sure to replace cyan with cyan, black with black, etc.). The machine will automatically detect the new toner once you close the front cover.
