Fax Memory Full Issue
I have 2 machines (MPc4502) with the fax options installed. I configured them to forward faxes to a folder in our network. Problem is that about everyday the message "Fax memory is full" displays on the copier and I have to purge the memory on the machine. Is there additional memory needed or is there a "Forward fax, then delete data" setting available?

There is a setting that allows you to delete the data once it is forwarded. It is in User Tools, under Facsimile Features, either under the General or Reception tab.
The setting you are looking for is called Reception File, and you can choose to store files in there or not. If you disable storing faxes in the reception file, they will be deleted as soon as they are forwarded, rather than held.
