How Can You Switch Everyone's Printer Preference On A Aficio Mp 4500?
Instead of them having to go in to the preference it will automatically be set for black and white not in color.

You can set it to default to black through the Control Panel. Depending on which version of Windows you are using, open the Printers applet and go to the printer's preferences or printer properties. Set it for black there, then click Apply, and it will save the print driver that way. (Any program that is already open may still retain the old settings until you close it and re-open it.)
