How To Fix Black Strips On Ricoh Copier Aficio Mp 5000 Printer

If it only happens when you copy through the document feeder, lift the feeder up and clean the strip of glass to the left of the main large glass. Clean it with alcohol and a lint-free rag if possible, and the strips should go away.

If it happens when you print as well, it could be caused by many things, depending how thick the strips are and which direction they go, but the most likely cause is the charge roller.
