We Have A Ricoh Aficio Mp C2800 Have Questions.
We have the need to keep count of one of office workers copies and faxes so that we may bill them at the end of each month. How do we set up a user for this and how do they go about making copies and sending faxes that will be counted?

Hi, you can create user codes for different people through the address book (User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Administrator Tools > Address Book Management > New Program). Once you've set up the user codes for each person, as well as their permissions (under the Authentication tab in the address book entry) go back to Administrator Tools and look for the User Account Management or User Authorization setting, and enable it for faxing and copying. Now only people with a valid user code and the permissions for faxing or copying can use those functions, and you can track how many of each type each person does.
