How Do I Setup Scanning From The Machine To Emails?

To set up the scan to email feature, you'll need the name of your SMTP server, as well as any required authentication info. This information will be entered into the copier under User Tools > System Settings > File Transfer > SMTP Server (and SMTP Authentication).
If your email service requires other protocols, such as POP Before SMTP, you'll have to enter that information under the File Transfer tab as well.
Once you've done all that, you can enter the email address(es) that you want to scan to under User Tools > System Settings > Administrator Tools > Address Book Management. Select New Program and enter the user name and email address for each recipient.
