My Model Will Not Communicate With All Fax Machines

You could have a line issue (static or noise on the line) or you may be trying to communicate with older fax machines that don't recognize some newer protocols. Have your service technician disable error correction, as well as certain protocols like V.34 or V.8. You may also want to try lower the baud rate it starts communication at.
