Functional Problem With In The Cpier Eroor Sc400
my printer showing functional problem with in the copier and asking to switch off and on again i did several time problem stays same once start working then appears again error SC 400

sc400 is an ID sensor error. You may have a small scrap of paper blocking the ID sensors if you recently had a paper jam and the paper tore when you removed it. Otherwise, your ID sensors are probably just dirty. You can clean them off and the error should go away. If the error returns, or doesn't go away at all after you clean them, you should probably call your Ricoh technician because most likely you'll need either new ID sensors or a new transfer belt.
