Hi, you can add a new email address through the copier's address book (User Tools/Counter > System Settings > Administrator Tools > Address Book Management > New Program). Enter a name for this contact under the first tab, then go to the Email tab and enter the email address. Once you have finished, select OK to save the new entry.
