Scan To Email Problem
My scan to email is not working. The scanned documents just eventually time out. When I look they do not have a sender name indicated even though I had the machine set to put the administrator name there automatically. The option to select sender is greyed out. When I turned off automatic sender selection it was still greyed out. Also I can't login from my PC. I can put in the IP address and see the settings but I can't login to make any changes

Hello, if you want to auto-specify the sender, there are two settings that need to be made: the sender's email address needs to be input (which it sounds like you did) and then you also have to enable auto-specify. You can see more details about how to use auto-specify on a Ricoh here:

If you want to use individual senders, and specify them each time, you will need to register email addresses as senders first. You can see the steps for how to do that here:
- How to register an email address as a sender on a Ricoh copier
Once you've specified an individual sender (or multiple senders) that Sender tab won't be grayed out anymore.
