I Just Replaced Staples And The Machine Still Says Add Staples.
I have tried turning off and unplugging machine and it still says add staples. What should I do?

Did you install the staples correctly? Many times staple errors are the result of someone incorrectly installing new staples. The white cardboard package has to be installed with the staples, in the correct orientation.
If you did it correctly, then either the sensor in the stapler itself is bad or the staple cartridge is broken and will need to be replaced.
