Would Not Staple After Returning Cartridge (was Empty And Re Filled)

Hi, it sounds like the new staples were installed incorrectly. Remove the staple cartridge. There is an arrow stamped on the side of the plastic cartridge and an arrow cut into the white cardboard -- make sure both of these arrows point in the same direction. Also make sure the white cardboard piece is sitting flat and not bent, and that it is supporting the bottom of the staples as well as the sides. If the staples are not stacked straight or the cardboard is missing, you may need to remove the staples and install new staples, with the cardboard piece intact.
