the touch screen does not fix the order it shifts the order

Press these buttons in sequence,

Yellow clear all key, type 1 9 9 3 and press the red stop/cancel key 5 times.

You will now have self-diagnostics menu, choose option one by pressing the hard key number 1 and follow the on screen instructions, save and then exit.
