Pool Doesn't Have Enough Pressure Going Into The Heater.

We installed a new Rheem M266A Pool heater. The pool company said there has to be a problem with the heater because they can not get the pressure up on the pool. Were is the water pressure switch located in this heater and how high can we increase it safely?
