Resistance Feels On When It's Not...
When you start on it and there is no resistance on, it feels like it is. Could this be because it is approximately 6-7 years old and it might need more lubrication as it describes in the manual for set up? Is this normal? It doesn't seem like I should have that much resistance when it's not even on.
