Hi, Redbox accepts major credit cards, so if your money card is labeled Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, you can use it at a Redbox. You can find that information at the link below, under the heading "What types of payment does Redbox accept?"

I have the same problem. I attempted to rent two games from Redbox and to my supprise it put the funds on hold on my card but would not accept the card. I contacted Redbox customer support and they advised me that there is a "glitch" in there system that wont allow moneynetwork cards to work and they are currently working on it. However, upon researching this problem it appears that others have been having this issue for over 6 months now. It doesn't sound like they are putting forth much effort into fixing the "glitch". On the bright side, the funds were released back to my card within 24 hours.
