I've tried for 2 days for reserve 2 movie at my redbox in Kingston, okay. I got an email telling me that I could live chat with someone, that link did not work. I'm very passed because I've had trouble with this account since day one. It wouldn't accept any reservations I try to make from the app. When I stop by a kiosk, it says my card is not recognized. I will be having my husband, in-laws, sister and parents remove their business from this company. I will neverrecommend this service to anyone I know. Very disappointed
