Why Has My Credit Card Being Charged 3 Days After I Called To Ask Them To Stop C
I called 3 days ago for Redbox to stop charging my crecit card due to us being Affected by Hurricane Matthew. My credit card has been changed an additional $1.50 for 3 additional day's After I had already called to ask them if there was anyway that my credit card could stop being charged due to us being effected by this storm. The Customer Service Representative said he was very sorry for us having to go threw this & he assured me that Redbox will no longer charge my credit card, this call was 3 days ago which is Monday 10-3-2016. I for one should be composited everyday other than the one day that I rented the DVD's that I rented I believe the date that I rented 2 movies we're Friday October 7th,2016. I was going to return them on October 8th, 2016. Also due to me not wanting to occur an additional $1.50 for another day. I was not able to return them due to a Hurricane that has devastated million's of people throughout 3 States if Not 4 if Virginia was affected as well. Could you kindly refund the funds back to my credit card as u should still have all my information. We have major flooding, home & utility outages, loss of homes & people, family's, pet's etc... The list goes on and on. This Hurricane Matthew came the next day that I purchased these videos. I had no control of being able to return any rentals that I had rented due to us having a Hurricane Going on at this time. Ur more than welcome to call me @ 919-330-9409.
