Rotor Not Moving.

After installing the vh126R rotor with antenna, the rotor will not move. I tried it right out of the box and it rotated the full 360 degrees. Now after installing the full combination of the rotor and antenna, the rotor will not move. The controller says it is moving and it is counting the degrees, but there is no movement at all. I initialized the controller and followed the directions. What could be the problem ?
