Blu Ray Will Not Open

Is your blu ray tray not opening...if that's the case then I would suggest you take it to your nearest cusstomer center.

If it's a blu ray disc that's not working, check to see if the disc has scrateches or dust...try wiping it carefully with dry cotton cloth.

Also, some disc have location security i.e they work on devices manufactured in certain locations only around the globe...
