Profiling Requires 20 Mg Of Space. Shutting Down

My Opal suddenly gave me the following notice: "Profiling requires 20 mg of space.  Shutting Down"  and then it shut down and it won't let me do anything with it.  How can I get it to work again?  I think it got filled with info.     Please respond as soon as you can because I was hoping to use the device tomorrow to record some important info.     thanks denise
