How To Reset Rca Opal M4304-a Mp3 Player

RESETING THE PLAYER TO FACTORY SETTINGS

With the player NOT connected to your computer:
1. Go to http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/downloads
2. Select M4304 in the drop down box
3. Download firmware upgrade/restore

4. On the Player hold play/pause button for 15 seconds
5. On the player now hold menu button for 10 seconds
6. Attach MP3 Player to the computer via USB cable while holding play/pause button
