When I Put It On The Charger All It Does Is Flash The Start Screen,

i can't get it to turn on, all it does is flash the start screen that says rca when i plug it up to charge, i cant figure out how to fix it... can you help???

A reset might fix it, this might delete what you have put on the device. Push the reset button in the back of the device with a non metal object. example: toothpick
