Remote Control Rc2463001/01

hOW CAN i DETECT IF MY REMOTE CONTROL IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ? I have changed the batteries. The sensor is not blocked by anything. the volume does not work correctly. the mute does not work. and the channel changer does not work all the time.

The remote outputs an infrared signal that your cell phone camera can see. Simply point the remote at the camera and press the buttons. If some buttons don't work then either have it serviced or purchase another one. http://www.emtcompany.com/rca-l22hd41-remote/rc64.html
