Have a RCA EZ217RD and have down loaded the following. Small Wonder, memory manager, and Rcamemorymanagerinstallerger2230.EXE trying to install on pc windows professional 7 64 BITS. Could not make camcorder to work. Change PC.

There might be a problem with the compatibility of your camcorder. Make sure that the driver software for your camcorder device is properly and completely installed to make it work properly.
