How do I set up a wireless connection with my product? It will not connect to the internet via my ethernet cable.

Use your windows search bar for "wireless lan". All depends on the system your running! If its a newer computer, it does it automaticly! You can also go to the control panel and click on set up internet connection. Choose wireless router! Your computer MUST have a wireless card installed to go wireless. You will be asked for the numbers off the bottom of the router for security reasons.
