What Is The Difference Between Ant3036x And 3036xr

I think i have the answer. I have a 3036x it has a flat uhf active element and parallel elements on the vhf section.
The 3036xr is a slightly newer version, with a bow-tie shaped uhf active element and forward facing vhf elements(not quite parallel), since i only have 1 i can't claim one outperforms the other.
