Reimburse Apprasial Deposit

I made a deposit of $500 for property appraisel with agent Jeremy MacMahen (Aug 2012).  The loand was cancelled by Quicken but the deposit has not been repaid.  Repeated calls go unanswered.  How do we get the deposit back? Donna L Hoeffliger, Yoncalla, Oregon
