Hi.

1.Unlink your existing credit card account in QB from online. Click Ctrl+A>right click the account>Choose Edit>click the online services Tab and deactivate. Close QB and then open again.
2.You can change the account number and/or the name.
3.If you have already set up a new credit card account with the new number, you will need to change the old account's name to be exactly the same as the new one. When you hit OK, QB will tell you that an account with the same name already exists and will ask if you want to merge the two. This way you can merge them. After you cleaned up the credit card account in QB, you can go and set up the online function again.
