blown fuse signifies an error in the circuit. Error such as power surge, failed or shorted wire.

You should check the fuses your using may be too small and make sure you connect the positive first then the ground cable and there are no shorts when you ground the amp.

the most common will be the fuse ampage is too low that is why its blowing when you power the amp
