Cannot Get Pldnv695 To Respond/turn Off/reset.

My unit screen shows 5 circles, 4 of which are numbered, with arrows pointing from one cirlce to another. It looks like a password-swipe screen but connecting the cirlces does nothing and I cannot get the unit to turn off or reset with the car on or off.

That is your screen calibration screen. Touch each X in a circle, starting with 1 and follow around to 5. Screen will automatically update and go to main menu.
